Автор InternerLaw.ru не без основания утверждает, что на сегодняшний день udrplaw.net - наиболее содержательный сайт о UDRP.
  • www.domainnamerights.org - Domain Name Rights Coalition (DNRC) ("Коалиция в защиту прав владельцев доменных имен") - организация, чьей основной целью является оградить добросовестных владельцев доменных имен от недобросовестных владельцев традиционных средств индивидуализации, которые пытаются использовать действующее национальное законодательство и UDRP для того, чтобы отобрать доменные имена. Сама по себе идея создания такой организации очень интересна. Советую заглянуть на этот сайт!

  • www.sork.com - сайт юриста, который заслуживает того, чтобы о нем рассказали более подробно. David E. Sorkin, американский юрист, профессор права. Вклад этого правоведа в создание законодательства, призванного регулировать деятельность во Всемирной компьютерной сети, огромен. David E. Sorkin не только специализируется в области споров о доменных именах и является членом комиссий NAF и ВОИС по рассмотрению таких споров. Он также участвует в решении проблем правового регулирования спама, публичного права в Интернете.
